Buying – Private Party Transfers (within the state) - $25 per firearm
Here in Washington, doing firearms transfer between parties must be conducted through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Outlaw Precision is here to help and with both party’s present we can get your transaction done quickly. No advanced notice is needed other than setting up an appointment.
Buyers: Bring their current Washington State Driver’s License or ID card, payment for the private party transfer fee (if the buyer is paying the fee), and concealed pistol license (if they have one).
Sellers: Bring their current Washington State Driver’s License or ID card, payment for the private party transfer fee (if the seller is paying the fee), and the unloaded firearm(s) in a case.
Buying – Private Party Transfers (from out of state) - $25 for the first item & $10 for each additional
As stated above, doing firearms transfer between private parties (regardless of being in or out of state) must be conducted through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Outlaw Precision is here to help and we can get your transaction expedited. For the seller to ship to us, they will need to get a copy of our FFL. We are always happy to provide that, and all we need is a contact at the FFL shipping to us. We request that buyers notify us of a pending delivery and send us the tracking number as soon as it is available. We also need details of what should be received (product info including any accessories).
Buyers: Bring their current Washington State Driver License, payment for the private party transfer fee (if the buyer is paying the fee), payment for Washington State Use Tax (or proof that payment has been made per RCW 82.12.010), and concealed pistol license (if they have one).
Sellers: When shipping firearms to us for transfer please include your contact information separately from the shipping label (inside the case) containing your name, address, phone number, email, the purchase price (so that we can collect local sales tax), and a photocopy of the seller’s driver license.
Buying – Delivery of Internet Orders (from anywhere) - $25 for the each item
If you are purchasing a firearm from a retail outlet online (like Gun Broker, Arms List, or even Brownells), we can take delivery of it for you. Like purchasing from an out of state seller, the seller will need to contact us for a copy of our FFL.
Sellers: Contact us directly for a copy of our FFL and our shipping policies.
Buyers: Bring their current Washington State Driver License, payment for the private party transfer fee, payment for Washington State Use Tax (or proof that payment has been made per RCW 82.12.010), and concealed pistol license (if they have one).
Selling – Private Party Transfers (to out of state) - $25 for the first item & $10 for each additional plus real shipping costs
If you are selling a firearm to someone out of the state, we can help you with it. We do not ship firearms to individuals of other states regardless of their state and local laws (regarding private party transfers), we ship exclusively to FFL’s.
Sellers: Bring their current Washington State Driver’s License, payment for the private party transfer fee, destination FFL info, and the unloaded firearm in a case. Shipping costs will be settled once the firearm(s) have been packaged and sent.
Buyers: Please arrange with your local FFL to take receipt of the shipment, we will need a copy of their FFL to ship to them. We can contact them directly for this if they will not provide it to you. We will need the name of the FFL and a contact there (if available). You will be responsible for negotiating their fees separately.
Note: Prior to shipping we will need to have a copy of the FFL info for whom ever will be completing the transaction. If we have previously shipped the that FFL, and it has not expired, we can ship immediately.

- Outlaw Precision may open, inspect, and document the contents of all shipments.
- Outlaw Precision may dispose of (or recycle) original packaging materials.
- Outlaw Precision will work with carriers in conjunction with our normal pickup and delivery schedule. Additional fees may apply for rush orders.
- Outlaw Precision (at its sole discretion) may refuse damaged shipments, both parties will be notified.
- Outlaw Precision will return items to the seller (at the request of the buyer), and shipping costs will be charged to the buyer unless a prepaid shipping label is supplied.
